Xcelerate Media (“we”) runs xcelerate.pk. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect. When you fill in a form, book a call or use our chat, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, phone number, company or brand name, website, market, budget range and anything you write to us. We also record the page you came from and advertising click IDs (such as gclid or fbclid) so we know which campaign brought you.

How we use it. We use your details to reply to you, schedule and run your strategy call, and send you the calendar invite. We use advertising data to measure how well our ads work. We do not sell your data.

Google Calendar. Our booking tool connects to our own Google Calendar to check our availability and create the meeting, with a Google Meet link, for the time you choose. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cookies and tracking. We use cookies and tags from Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager) and Meta (Pixel) to understand site visits and measure our advertising. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

AI chat. Messages you type in the chat may be processed by our AI provider to generate replies. Please don’t share sensitive personal information in the chat.

Keeping and deleting data. We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to work with you. To see, correct or delete your data, email us at [your email].
